# About Together Brook

Simple tools for the paperwork side of helping out.

## What it is

Together Brook has four free tools: a [volunteer hours log](https://togetherbrook.sbs/) with a printable certificate of hours, a [volunteer shift rota](https://togetherbrook.sbs/volunteer-shift-rota/), a [fundraising thermometer](https://togetherbrook.sbs/fundraising-thermometer/) and a [sign-up sheet maker](https://togetherbrook.sbs/sign-up-sheet-maker/). They are for volunteers keeping track of their time and for the clubs, charities, schools and neighbourhood groups that organise them.

## How it works

Every tool runs in your browser. Your log, rota and sheets are saved in your browser's local storage so they are there next time, and downloads and printouts are made on your device. Nothing you type is sent to a server, and the pages keep working offline once loaded.

## What it is not

Together Brook is not connected to any charity, volunteering platform or fundraising service, and it does not collect donations or verify hours. A certificate made here is a record for you to have checked and signed by the organisation you volunteered with.
